Bandai Namco’s Elden Ring page has been updated for the first time in ages

Reddit users drew attention to the update of the Elden Ring page. Back in early February, the background on the game page was white, while now the background is an image with the game’s logo. This is the first major update to the Bandai Namco Elden Ring page since the game was announced.

Unfortunately, this is also the first major official update for the game in the past 2 years.

Previously, blogger and data miner Lance McDonald said that Elden Ring is “almost ready.” Afterwards, journalist Francesco Fossetti reported that the game was in the “polishing stage”.

Users noticed that the entire Bandai Namco website was updated in early February. However, the pages of most games have not changed, it follows from the saved copies of the pages in the Wayback Machine service. Notably, another game’s page without a release date or year, Tales of Arise, retained a white background after the site was updated. Whereas Elden Ring had a different background. Of course, some users linked this feature of the Bandai Namco website update to the upcoming news about the game.

This is how the game page looked at the beginning of February ( via the Wayback Machine ).
