Iron Gate has announced that more than three million users have already purchased their game in Steam Early Access. It took Valheim less than three weeks to release it on February 2nd.
The developers thanked all the fans and shared information about other achievements of the online sandbox, inspired by Scandinavian mythology.
- More than 60 thousand players left positive reviews.
- The game entered the top of the most highly rated games on Steam and is currently in 49th place according to data provided by SteamDB.
- Valheim finished in seventh place in popularity on Twitch, overtaking CS: GO, Dota 2, Minecraft and Rust.
- Users have watched over 20 million hours of gameplay.
Back on February 15, when it became known about two million copies sold, the developers announced that they had fully covered the cost of creating Valheim. The game is published by Coffee Stain, which is owned by the Embracer Group holding, which also includes THQ Nordic, Koch Media, Gearbox.
